Once your order is place we are unable to make any modifications. To change or cancel order, we suggest contacting us at order@georginadangelo.com with your order number so we can better guide you in the process for refunding. We process majority of our orders within 1-2 business days (with the expection of made to order).

Made to order:

Because made to order products have a longer process time, we have opened a 1-3 business day window to make modifications to your order.

Made to order:

Made to order products are products made when purchased. These items have longer processing times, which do not include shipping time. Made to order products will be indicated on the product page with an estimated ship date.

Made to order products are charged up, as it is made upon purchase. Made to order may be motifyed up to three business days after the original purchase date.

Please keep in mind that ready to ship and made to order products are shipped together. If you are interested in an item that is ready for shipment, we recommened placing seperate orders.

Pre-order:

Items listed for pre-order will be stated on the product page. Pre-order is different from made-to-order, as your order will be shipped out when the item is released. Because we capture your payment when the order is placed, you are sble to cancel your order before the ship date. Once your processing email has arrived, we will be unable to cancel your order.

We are unable to make any modifcations to your pre-order at this time.

Sometimes if incorrect data (ex. like incorrect billing address), and authorization charge will be charged to your card. Authorization is required to ensure that the card holder has sufficent funds to be approved by the merchant. Most times an error will pop up during checkout, but if the sale automatically goes through, then the authroization will be cancelled. It may take a certian amount of days to see this authorization lifted, depending on the bank.
