California Transparency Act
Here at GEORGINA D'ANGELO ®, we pride ourselves on not only producing as sustainably as possible, but producing ethically. We believe that human rights and caring for the earth, come first. Below are methods and policies that we put into place, to ensure that we are meeting specific criteria; and only working with vendors, mills, and suppliers who have the same vision in mind.
Our goal:
At GEORGINA D'ANGELO ®, we strive to produce ethically and sustainably. We believe that human rights and respecting the planet, comes first. To achieve this standard, we placed policies that help us better collaborate and ensure that we are working with others who feel the same.
Supply chain:
We currently have a 65% traceability on our supply chain. We can currently traceback majority of our textiles supply chain, as some of our supplier and mills have certifications that require the entire chain to also be certified, to ensure that the fabric is ethically made, and sustainably made.
Labor:
We believe in Fair wages, ethical production and a safe environment. At the moment we work with a small family production team, who handmakes all our garments. Their team is fairly paid, and respected and cared for.
