Once your order is place we are unable to make any modifications after 72 business hours. To change or cancel order, please email us at customercare@georginadangelo.com, along your order number, so that we can better assist you. We process ready-to-wear orders within 1-2 business days. Made-to-Order may very. Please check the product notes to see expected shipping date.

Made to order:

Made-to-Order products also have a 72 hour business day for order modifications.

Made to order:

Made to order products are products made when purchased. These items have longer processing times, which do not include shipping time. Made to order products will be indicated on the product page with an estimated ship date.

Made to order products are charged up front, as it is made upon purchase. Made to order purchases may be motifyed up to 72 business hours, after the original purchase date.

Pre-order:

Items listed for pre-order will be stated on the product page. Pre-order is different from made-to-order, as your order will be shipped out when the item is released. Because we capture your payment when the order is placed, you are able to cancel your order before the ship date. Once your processing email has arrived, we will be unable to cancel your order.

We are unable to make any modifcations to your pre-order at this time.

Sometimes if incorrect data (ex. like incorrect billing address), and authorization charge will be charged to your card. Authorization is required to ensure that the card holder has sufficent funds to be approved by the merchant. Most times an error will pop up during checkout, but if the sale automatically goes through, then the authroization will be cancelled. It may take a certian amount of days to see this authorization lifted, depending on the bank.
